Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you may pay by Visa or Mastercard. We also offer an additional option to pay using an established PayPal account. It is a simple process and there is no charge for the buyer. All PayPal transactions are handled directly by PayPal, the Silver Thread Embroidery does not receive any personal credit card information.
When will my order ship?
Orders which include personalized (embroidered) items will be shipped out within 5-6 business days. If your purchase does not include personalized items, it will typically ship within 2 business days. Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible.
How will my order ship?
Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 - 3 days.
Heavy items (combined orders, laptop cases) will be shipped via FedEx Ground Mail. It generally arrives within 3 - 5 days.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
At this point in time we do not offer any special wholesale arrangements.
Do you sell your products worldwide?
Sorry, we do not accept international orders.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
SilverThreadEMB.com is required to add sales tax to any order SHIPPED within the state of Arizona and will automatically be added to your orders total. AZ shipments will be charged 8.3% sales tax. If your shipment is going outside of Arizona there is no sales tax.
SilverThreadEMB.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address when placing your order to avoid delays and unexpected delivery charges.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages of any kind for anywhere! If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please do that at checkout. If you have not received your item(s), you must contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a claim so they can help you resolve the issue. If your tracking number shows that the post office has received your item and you must contact the post office to resolve your issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns and Refunds Policy
**Custom orders are made expressly for you and therefore all personalized items cannot be returned nor replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error on our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please be sure that you are using the correct lettering when ordering any monogramming. Be sure to double (or triple) check your order. **
Should you receive an item that is defective, you must contact us via email within 2business days of receipt of shipment.
Your item must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. You must return the item within 7 days of your delivery receipt to receive a full refund.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA # (return authorization number) which must be included in your returned package, along with a note explaining the reason for return. Returns received without a RA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
2. Returns will be mailed to Silver Tread EMB, the address information will be included with your RA number.
3. Once the authorized return item is received by Silver Tread EMB, within 14 business days, a credit to the original form of payment will be processed, less any discounts or shipping costs.
Silver Tread EMB will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return items. We suggest insuring the return and using a delivery confirmation.
We also do not refund the original shipping fee that you paid on the order.
We cannot accept cancellation on monogrammed, personalized, final–sale or special–order items. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
It is Silver Thread Embroidery policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Through this Privacy Statement, we want to reassure our customers that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others. Silver Thread Embroidery does not collect or receive credit card information. All user credit card information is processed by a third party vendor - PayPal using encrypted servers, and all concerns and questions should be addressed with them.
